Echelon Reserve is a fashion brand based in Monaco & Spain, specializing in limited-release, high-quality garments.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. By ordering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

3. Orders & Availability

All items are subject to availability. Orders may be declined at our discretion, particularly if there are issues with stock, payment, or suspected misuse.

In the case of pre-orders or limited product drops, delays in shipping may occur. Estimated delivery times are provided, but not guaranteed.

 

4. Pricing, VAT & Payments

All prices on our Site are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable (e.g., for customers within the European Union).

Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the limited-edition nature of our collections. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect reasons.

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at brand@echelonreserve.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and advise on next steps.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our return policy.
